Partial Planner
Act as a consultant/provide support in specific areas for clients seeking help but want to remain hands-on with planning. Multiple prep meetings and Day-of Coordination included. Customizable hours/time based on needs.
Venue Scouting
Narrow search by finding pricing and availability information on possible venues based on client’s needs.
Vendor Vetting & Booking
Find and secure trustworthy and reputable vendors such as DJ, photographer, videographer, bartender, photobooth, baker, etc. that match the event’s theme. Present multiple options for clients to choose from. Directly coordinate logistics with vendors.
Invitations
Find design based on client’s theme, ordering, addressing, sending and RSVP collection if desired.
Budget Consulting
Overall event cost quote, set realistic expectations, help stay on track while not compromising event integrity.
Catering
Narrow search by finding pricing and availability information. Custom menu design to match event theme.
Décor
Design and secure florals, centerpieces, linens, balloons, backdrops etc. Directly coordinate logistics with vendors.
